Assess
Anchor Facilities will Assess your Facilities Management/Engineering & Plant Operations Programs on all fronts under these 5 key areas: Technical (Maintenance), Regulatory, Financial, Capital Improvements, & The Facilities Team
Plan
Every finding during the assessment phase will be placed into our APEX Action Plan Tracking System. Every item will have an assigned task leader that will be responsible for ensuring that these items are corrected by the prescribed due date.
EXecute
This is the heavy lifting, the actual work behind the Assessment & Plan. A critical step in this Execution process is to Track & Review this plan in real time to ensure things are moving in the right direction and that any problems that come up can be addressed immediately. Our partners will be kept in the loop of Anchor’s APEX Program every step of the way.
